As part of my Queensland Univeristy of Technology (QUT) Master of Education studies, I was directed to this speech by Sir Ken Robinson who makes some salient points about how Education has changed…and the urgent need for a paradigm shift in order to ‘educate’ effectively.
On a side note, ‘RSA Animate’ animations are a very effective visual for those of us that prefer visual over auditory stimuli.
Being a 21st Century Librarian means that I must now have the mindset that I am helping students prepare for occupations that do not yet exist.
